The substrate beneath the regen federation

org-os is a framework, a set of standards, and an orchestration hub for a federation of regenerative organizations. The framework is itself an org-os instance — self-hosting since 2026.

Why

Grassroots and regenerative orgs need operational infrastructure that is sovereign, agent-native, and interoperable. org-os gives each org a working operating system while keeping every instance independent and federated.

How it federates

Instances publish structured data (data/*.yaml) and EIP-4824 schemas (.well-known/). The framework tracks the network in a registry; this site aggregates it live at build. See Federation and the Federation docs.
